Shipping policy

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Please allow 7 - 10 working days for delivery.  

*Working days include Monday - Friday. Weekends and Bank Holidays are excluded*

We only ship within the UK & to UK offshore & highlands (including Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Scottish Highlands, Channel Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight & Scilly Isles) .

Orders under 1kg in weight are sent via Royal Mail 1st/2nd Class post. 

Orders over 1kg may be  sent via courier.

Postage & Packaging

 A flat rate charge of £3.50

This includes the postage and package materials.

 

RETURNS

• We will gladly accept returns up to 14 days after you receive your order.
• Please email us , vintagenorah@gmail.com with your name, phone number and order number and we will be in touch within 24 hours. 
• Goods must be returned in their original packaging  within 14 days of confirmation for an exchange or refund. 
• Buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost. 
• Refunds will only be made via the original payment method once we have received your returns.
• It is recommended to keep proof of posting until we have your returns. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of delivery.
• We will not accept responsibility for lost or damaged parcels.
