Refund policy

RETURNS

We will gladly accept returns up to 14 days after receiving your order.

Please email us with your name, phone number and order number and we will be in touch within 24 hours. 

Goods must be returned in their original packaging and in a resell-able condition within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. 

Buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost. 

Refunds will only be made via the original payment method once we have received your returns.

It is recommended to keep proof of posting until we have your returns. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of delivery.

We will not accept responsibility for lost or damaged parcels.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items , gift cards & digital downloads.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
